Grand Park ice: the 2028 watch

For years the Rocks have built a real ISHSHA program while training and competing primarily at Carmel Ice Skadium and Pop Weaver. That isn’t a complaint — it’s the grind that made the crest mean something for Westfield hockey.

Grand Park’s ice facility project is the long-horizon home. Our site countdown targets a progressive Fall 2028 window. It is not a hard open date. When the city and operators publish milestones, we’ll mirror them here and on Instagram.

What doesn’t wait: culture. Varsity sets the standard. JV builds the next shift. Parents keep the bench door open. Home ice will amplify what already works.

Questions about facility updates go through the board via Contact — not rumor chains in the group chat. More context lives on the Facilities page.
